He is survived by: his wife Edwina Cross Greene; his sons, Phillip Jr. (Suzanne) of Elizabethtown, McLane of Elizabethtown and David (Kelli) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Haylee (Michael Uzzell), Allee, Parker, Mason, Karlen and Charlie; his great grandchild Sara Reece Uzzell; his brother Casey (Donna) of Elizabethtown; his nephew Julian; and his pet Millie.
