He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Bolden; his children, Tiara Bell, William Corey Carter, Jr., Courtney Carter and Keon Marsh; and his siblings, Dorothy Bolden, Cynthia Croner (Earl), Ray Carter Jr. (Dawn) and Robert Carter (Nicole). He is also survived by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, church family and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson's Funeral Service (207 S Pine St, Elizabethtown, NC 28337). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel.
