He is survived by: his daughter Katelyn Baker (Brandon); his grandson Jaxon Taylor of Bristol, VA.; his sister Pamela Dial (Micky) of Elk Park, NC; his nephews, Brian Keener, Brandon Keener (Krystal) and Mitchell Dial; his great-niece Rachel Keener; his great-nephews, Jacob Keener (Kayla), Tate, Ty and Hayes Keener; Raelianna Webb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Medi Home Care Hospice or Cranberry House.
