She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur and Geneva Hicks Vines; and her husband Allen Harmon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Flat Springs Baptist Church (1933 Flat Springs Rd, Elk Park, NC 28622). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
