He is survived by: his wife Tommie Ford; his daughter Abby Ford O'Donnell (Sean) of Cornelius; his grandchildren, Hogan O'Donnell of Raleigh, Sullivan O'Donnell of Wilmington and Riley O'Donnell of Cornelius; his brothers, Bill Ford (Judy) of Jonesville and Donnie Ford (Debbie) of Jonesville; his brothers-in-law, Sandy Poplin (Rosann) of Ronda and Jeff Poplin (Beth) of Elkin; and his nephew Billy Kern Reece (Angela) of Clemmons. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
