She was predeceased by: her parents, Lundy Holbrook and Beatrice Sidden Holbrook; her husband John W. Brewer; and her siblings, Helen Wyatt, Peggy Byrd, Edward "Bud" Holbrook, Paul Holbrook and Kenneth Holbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Brewer (Cynthia) of Winston-Salem, Jeff Brewer (Sandy) of Elkin and Angie Freeman of Hamptonville; her grandchildren, Alex Freeman (Ashlee), Dalton Brewer, Chandler Brewer, Gracie Castro (Troy), Emma Spurlin (Graden), Ayla Brewer, KinLeigh Brewer and Cherysh Sprinkle; her great grandchildren, Addie and Aaron; and her niece Paula Byrd (Jim).
