She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cartwright and Urata Miller Cartwright; her siblings, James Cartwright and Diana Sue Cartwright; her son William Shilling; and her grandchildren, Cameron Brown and Jessica Singleton.
She is survived by: her husband Calvin Buzzard; her children, Harold Shilling (Lynn) of West Virginia and Urata Singleton; her granddaughter Diana Lopez (Joel Cerda) of Clemmons; her brother Chuck Cartwright of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Rex, Victor, Evan, Curtis, Ashley, Terri, Christina, Rachel, Sara and Kato. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
