James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike George and Edna Jetton Canipe; his wife Jane Covington Canipe; and his close friend Camilla Minish Pardue. He is survived by: his son Mike Burette Canipe (Julie); his sister Linda Canipe Mulligan; and his pets, Chico, Molly and Eli.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
