He was predeceased by: his parents, John Langwith and Mildred Norton; his wife Deborah Ann Langwith; and his brothers, William Langwith and Allen Litscher.

He is survived by: his children, Joni Gutierrez, John Langwith and Jay Langwith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
