He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Hodge; his children, Michael Hodge (Samantha) of Boonville, Andrew Hodge (Mandi) of Dobson, Jonathan Hodge (Lindsay) of Mocksville and Jennifer Lail (Freddy) of Boonville; his sisters, Betty Brown of Lexington, Lucille Holcomb of Traphill and Linda Childress of Elkin; his grandchildren, Alyssa Lail (Hunter), Blake Lail (Jayde), Ethan Hodge, Kaleb Hodge, Daniel Conley, Matthew Hodge, Levi Hodge, Kamryn Prevette, Gunner Hodge, Jordan Brock, Josie Brock and Austin Brock; his great grandchildren, Cali, Weston, Silas and Teylie; and his close friend Wes Swaim.
