He is survived by: his wife Ellen Evans Tulbert; his children, Joshua Keith Tulbert (Traci Ballance) and Julie Tulbert (Caleb Bowers); his sister Lynn Zimmerman; his siblings-in-law, Pete Zimmerman and Lynn Caudill; his son-in-law Taurik Elgabrowny; his mother-in-law Judy Evans; his brother-in-law Jason Evans (Lauren); his grandchildren, Barbara "Bobbi" Elgabrowny and Ibrahim "Ibi" Elgabrowny; his nephews, Ian Zimmerman (Mackenzie Andrillion) and Ryan Zimmerman (Meredith); his niece Kaitlin Evans; and his great-nieces, Ellie Grace Zimmerman and Slonane Maclean Zimmerman.
