He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alton Phillips and Beatrice Vannoy Phillips; his grandparents, Clyde and Iva Vannoy; his parents-in-law, James Kenneth Jones and Jane Carolyn Jones; his wife Jane Jones Hall; his children, Jaye Hall (Kayla) of Elkin and Jessica Mingo (Amilleo) of Rock Hill, SC; his sister Dina Wilson (Gene) of State Road; his grandchildren, Tyler Hall (Stephanine), Ryder Hall, Briggs Darnell, Simon Luna, Syndall Luna and MaKenna Hall; and his great grandchildren, William Hall and Elena Hall.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elkin Funeral Service (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church (220 Calvary Rd, Ronda, NC 28670). A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church North Carolina (220 Calvary Rd, Ronda, NC 28670).
