She was predeceased by: her parents, Culmer Wood and Nannie Woodruff Wood; her former husband Harold T. Goodwin; her husband Henry Hampton; her brother Larry Wood (Vickie); her brother-in-law Kenneth Dameron; and her grandson Josh Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Goodwin (Angie) of Elkin, Cindy Martin (Gary) of Jonesville and Vicki Lloyd (Chris) of Mountain Park; her sister Melba Dameron of Bolivia; and her grandchildren, Jessica McMillian (Frank), Tara Norman, Megan Rafidi (James), Marinda Seal (Jarred), Tiffany Freeman (Wes), Dylan Goodwin (Kelsey) and Deah Wilkins (Walker). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
