He is survived by: his wife Regina Smoker; his stepson Andrew Bealor of Elkin; his sister Amber Shreve (Edward) of Elkin; his niece Jessica Toliver; his cousin Brian Church; and his uncle Gary Church.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Jonesville Greenway Park (Plaza St, Jonesville, NC 28642).
