He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bert Cockerham Sr. and Margretha White Cockerham. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Casstevens (Dale), Mitchell Cockerham and Matthew Cockerham (Cameron); his grandchildren, Elliot Cox (Jasmine), Alex Cox (Grace), Chacey Cox and Reid Cockerham; his great grandchild Aria Cox; and his siblings, Cathy Taylor (Louis), John Bert Cockerham Jr. (Tina) and Beth Snow (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
