She is survived by: her husband Dwight Casstevens; her children, Joel Casstevens of State Road, Jamie Casstevens (Alicia) of State Road and Gail Casstevens; her grandchildren, Jonathan Casstevens, Shania Clonch (Joshua), Loretta Cockerham (Magnus), Nathaniel Casstevens and Jacob Casstevens; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Clonch, Elijah Clonch, Roman Cockerham, Gracelyn Cockerham, Arlie Cockerham, Colt Clonch and Jameson Clonch.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Johnson Funeral Home to help offset final expenses.
