He is survived by: his children, Phillip Smith Carter II (Lada), Bryan Edward Carter (Melissa) and Sarah Renee Carter; his brother Billy Carter (Jeannie); and his grandchildren, Jorge Coreno Jr., Adriana Coreno, Austin Coreno and Antonio Coreno.
