He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond John "RJ" and Mary Watts Williams; and his siblings, William "Bill" Williams, Lonnie Barnes, Linda Bowman and Debra Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Combs Williams; his sons, Jeffrey Lee Williams of Jonesville and Marty Ray Williams (Jennifer Leigh Stewart) of State Road; and his grandchildren, Zachary Kyle Williams, Taylor McLain Williams and Savannah Grace Williams.
