He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eilliot and Marie Klebs Jarrard; his son Matthew Jarrard; and his sister Susan Jarrard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walker Jarrard; his son Sean Patrick Jarrard of Cedar Rapids, IA; his siblings, George F. Jarrard of Maryland and Patricia Jarrard of Griffith, IN; his nephew Steven Bruns (Pam) of Kentucky; and his cousin Virginia Heilmann (John) of Cary.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Elkin Valley Baptist Church (118 N Elkin Dr, Elkin, NC 28621). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
