She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mary Lucille Lane and Horace Joseph Guffey, Sr.; her son John Littlejohn III; her granddaughter Heather Leighann Baynard; her brothers, Joe and Marion Guffey; her children, Diane Tate of Rutherfordton, Tammy Jarhalm (Terry) of Chicago, Illinois and David Baynard (Bobbie) of Cherokee County, SC; her siblings, Linda Edwards of Ellenboro, Melinda Lucille Carpenter (Gerald) of Lincolnton, Alice Marlowe of Bessemer City, NC, Harold Guffey (Pam) of Forest City and Danny Lane (Anita) of Lincolnton; her granddaughter Amber Tate; and her great grandchild Lane Hudson. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
