He is survived by: his mother Pauline Lewis of Cumberland, MD; his wife Kim Toney Lewis; his daughters, Taylor Lewis of Ellenboro and Erin Lewis Suddreth (Jacob) of Lenoir; his close friend Lydia Arrowood; and his siblings, Kathy Brubaker (Frank) of Cumberland, MD and Bruce Lewis (Ellen) of Milford, Delaware..
