We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2025, at the age of 89, Emma Sue Ayers of Ellenboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Ayers; her parents, P. R. Jones and Kate Keever Jones; and her siblings, Annie Bell Robbins, Katie Lou Wells, Bob Jones, Arthur Lee Jones, Pink Jones, Clifford Jones, Jerry Jones, Charles Jones, Rev. David Jones, Ted Jones, John Jones, Rev. Perry Jones and Ray Keever.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Ayers Wall (Mike) of Forest City; her sister Joann Blankenship of Union Mills; her grandchildren, Cassie Byers (Christopher) and Tony Wall (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Jackson Byers, Jillian Byers, Jeryn Byers and Landry Sue Wall; her granddaughter Michelle McGinnis (Chuck); and her great grandchild Garrett McGinnis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the Walls Baptist Senior Citizens Fund or the Walls Baptist Soup Kitchen, at 749 Walls Church Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
