He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ray Hallman and Thelma Sipe Hallman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Toney Hallman; his son Eskridge Hallman; his sister Libby Eaker (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Toney and Paulette Mode (Clyde). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
