He is survived by: his wife Melissa Crowe Owens; his daughters, Audrey Owens Brooks (Brian) and Michelle Owens Alston (Michial); his daughter-in-law Tracey Owens; his brother Sidney Owens (Susan); his grandchildren, Laura Thompson (Zack), Ashley Thompson (Matija), Amanda Holdstock (Zane), Samuel Owens (Clover), Kalin Brooks and Melissa Brooks; and his great grandchild Milica Thompson-Jevtic (Christian).
