She was predeceased by : her parents, Vedas Glenn Waters and Louise Pace Waters; her children, Terrell D. Hipp and Cathy Louise England; her stepson Albert Ray Hipp; and her siblings, Shirley Hipp, Beatrice Revan, Eunice Waters, Jack, Ralph, Bud and Glenn Waters.
She is survived by : her daughter Patricia Hipp (Phillip Myers) of Morristown, Tennessee; her stepchildren, Mike Hipp of Hendersonville, NC and Mary Jane Capps of Hendersonville, NC; and her siblings, Adeline Pearson of Hendersonville and Archie Waters (Angie) of Mill Spring. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
