She is survived by: her children, Wyndy Cook (Todd) of Ellenboro and Shaun Everhart (Aimee) of Ellenboro; and her grandsons, Michael Everhart (Ashlyn) and Stephen Cook (Jessica). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
