He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mask and Alma Ford; his siblings, Katie Moore, Joan Moore, Brenda Harris and Bobby Mask; and his son Junior Mask.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kennedy Mask; his daughter Rita Rumfelt (Jimmy) of Cliffside, NC; his stepsons, David Hughes, Michael Hughes of Pittsburgh, PA and Johnny Hughes of Fort Rucker, AL; and his brother Jimmy Mask of Shelby, NC.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1251 US Hwy 221a, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at the Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery (1743 Chase High Rd, Forest City, NC 28043).
