He is survived by: his children, Mike Martin (Susan), Glenda Cody (Kevin), Sherry Cooper (Elijah) and Gerry Martin (Vickie); his grandchildren, Beth Turner, David Martin, Chris McCormick, Andrew McCormick, Matthew Cooper, Mark Cooper, Ben Cooper and Jacob Martin; his great grandchildren, Dakota, McKayla, Addison, Bailey, Luke, Chase, Jayden, Kyleigh, Mylie, Emma, Ella, Rachel, Waylon, Autumn, Aubrey, Leighton, Lucas, Laine Gray and Landon; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kelsey, Ashton and Kaycee; and his great great grandchildren, Haisley, Brynlee, Davori, Levi, Johnny Martin (Norma) and Corbin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Rockingham Wesleyan Church (618 N Lee St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
