In the sacred silence of farewell, Karen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior McKay and Virginia McKay; her husband Dannie Greene; and her parents-in-law, Arthur and Susie Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Laura of Ellerbe, Marcus of Ellerbe and Daniel Greene of Ellerbe; and her siblings, Will McKay (Dawn) of Rockingham and Lynn Peele (Gene) of Carthage.
