He is survived by: his mother Barbara Russell McInnis; his children, Lindsay Rae Thomas (Joel) and Maggie Anne Smith (Ryan); his grandchildren, Lilly Rae Thomas, Rylee Paige Thomas, Russell Lane Smith, Caroline Elizabeth Smith and Charlotte Ryan Smith; the mother of his children Pamela McIntyre McInnis; his sister Dawn McInnis Snead (Robbie); his niece Meredith Barber (Will); and his great-nieces, Maddie and Shelby Barber.
