He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Horne, Sr. and Patsy Robbins Horne. He is survived by: his wife Robin Horne; and his siblings, Nan Gabriel, Bobby Horne Jr., Anjie Kinna, John Horne, Becky Chinadle and Virginia Bierig.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Robbins Home (429 Concord Church Rd, Ellerbe, NC 28338).
