She was predeceased by : her parents, James W. Webb and Mamie Edwards Webb; her husband Raymond Hilliard Robbins; and her siblings, Gladys Webb, Cleo Reason, Dixie Moore, Glenda Whitley and Francis Webb.

She is survived by : her children, Elaine Robbins Hatch (Freddie) of The Woodlands, TX, Delance Robbins Gill (Robbie Jones) of Elm City and Marty Ray Robbins (Connie) of Elm City; her brother Ralph Webb (Lila) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Stefanie Hatch Delzer (Ronnie) and Leslie Gill Humphrey (Ray); and her great grandchildren, Miles, Kaitlin Delzer, Taylor, Lyndsey and Landon Humphrey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her church family.
