He is survived by: his wife Amy Tant; his daughters, Teresa Mizell, Jessica Deaver and Brittany Tant; his grandsons, Robert Tant and Brentley Mizell; and his siblings, Linda Bunn, Joy Tant, Jewel Tant and Samuel Tant.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Joyners Funeral Home & Crematory (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (400 College St NE, Wilson, NC 27893).
