With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Bryant of Elm City, North Carolina, who passed away on March 22, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Wilbur Glenn Bryant; her children, Patricia Vick and Glenn Bryant; and her parents, James Walter Mercer and Lillie Mae Summerlin Mercer.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sloan of Holly Springs and Andrew Bryant of Elm City; her great grandchildren, Rachel Sloan, Casey Sloan, Savannah Webb and Katie Bryant; her great great grandchild Elena Mae Cherry; her nephew Ronnie Finch of Durham; and her friend John Crabtree of Sneads Ferry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aenon Baptist Church, 7503 Town Creek Rd, Elm City, NC 27822.
