She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Upchurch (Dee) and Mildred Page Upchurch; and her brothers, Robert Upchurch and Raymond Upchurch. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Worrell; her daughters, Donna Adams (Mark) and Connie Holt (Donn); her grandchildren, Andy Adams (Christie), Nicole Alligood (Bonnor), Catherine Joseph (Dawson), Adam Carter, Matthew Carter, Walker Holt (Jessica) and Thompson Holt; her great grandchildren, Lexi Adams, Luke Adams, Addison Alligood and Elise Holt; and her siblings, Marie Todd (Joe), Milton Upchurch (Donna) and Edward Upchurch (Carolyn).
