He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Bryant and Margie Galyean Bryant; and his son Ricky Dean Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker Bryant; his daughters, Angela Bryant Surratt (Todd), Donna Shelton (Tommy) and Tammy Thompson (Mike); his grandchildren, Ethan Marion, Jared Marion, Kaylyn Maynard, Elizabeth Bohr, Jessica Shelton, Sarah Shockley, Samantha Huffines, Hailee May, Emma Parker and Christian Easter; his great grandchildren, Nichola, Booker, Stetson, Elliette, Miller, Josie, Ollie, Carter and Amelia; and his sisters, Pat Lane and Nancy Murray.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Blue Ridge Baptist Church (3581 Pine Ridge Rd, Lowgap, NC 27024).
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
