He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis Bland; his daughters, Heather Gwynn (Justin) and Jennifer Foster (Josh); his grandchildren, Elle Mae Gwynn, Allison Gwynn, Rylee Ann Gwynn, Jesse Foster and Jackie Foster; his sister Cynthia Carter (Jasper); Cecil Ward Bland, Jr.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
