He is survived by: his children, Danielle Cummings of Raleigh, NC, David Cummings of Green Level, NC and Deanna Cummings of Burlington, NC; the mother of his children Robin Jeffries; his siblings, Terry Jackson (Charles) of Jacksonville, NC, Vivian Simmion (Lee) of Jacksonville, NC, Camilla Davis (Tony) of Jacksonville, NC, Cassandra Cummings-Ruth of Jacksonville, NC and Roy Cummings of Rose Hill, NC; his stepsiblings, Ray Charles Cox (Cheryl) of LaGrange, NC and Katie Cummings of Jacksonville, NC; his sister-in-law Catha Cummings of Fort Washington, MD; his grandchildren, Maliyah, Mariyah, Marshawn of Raleigh, NC, Ayden of Green Level, NC, Amir and Najee of Burlington, NC.; and his close friends, Nancy, David Pinnix and Bobby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
