Major Fred W.; his cousin Sylvia (Bennie); his grandchildren, Jaquan Simmons, Aaliyah Simmons, Sakira Bigelow and Jasmine Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Shanice Simmons, Yazmine Herbin, Jaleah Simmons, Jayden Simmons, Jeremiah Simmons, Kayden Wilkins and Eleazar Malloy Jr..
