She is survived by: her daughter Michele Sweeney (John); her grandson Michael Andrew Massey (Jessica Vining); her great grandchildren, Colt, Hunter, Abby and Nathan; and her niece Bonnie Sue Mabrey (Timmy). She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Concord Christian Church (4904 Cherry Grove Rd, Elon, NC 27244). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Concord Christian Church Cemetery (4904 Cherry Grove Rd, Elon, NC 27244).
