We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2025, at the age of 82, Linda Wright Cook of Elon, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leroy Wright Sr. and Audrey Layton Wright; her siblings, Thomas Leroy "Temp" Wright Jr., Anthony Layton "Tony" Wright and Cindy Wright Dodrill; and her close friend Ira Ross "Stumpy" Walton.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Randall Cook of Gibsonville and David Michael Cook (Candi) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Holly Lynn Hilton of Burlington, Christina Cook Roof (Ricky) of Burlington, Jordan Randall Cook of Gibsonville and Bailey Renee Cook of Burlington; her great grandchildren, Brycen Alexander Madren, Harper Elizabeth Roof, Willowdean Faye Roof and Eleanor Rose Roof; her cousin Pricilla McCant; and her friends, Lou Asmuth, Donna Glosson, Mary Robertson and Mike Dodrill.
