He was predeceased by: his father James Allen Rainey. He is survived by: his mother Linda P. Kearney of Burlington, NC; and his sisters, Renda Rainey Riggins of Burlington, NC and Tina Gordon (David) of Burlington, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
