He is survived by: his children, Dick Maxwell (Cecille), Terry Maxwell and Karen Spangler (Howard); his grandchildren, Mendie Timberlake (Todd), Kristan Clemmons (Cody), Britt Maxwell and Brandon Maxwell; his nieces, Susan and Kathy; and his brother Jack Maxwell (Alice Ann). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
