She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Kepley and Lizzie Kepley of Lexington, NC; and her siblings, Olin Kepley, Don Kepley and Bessie Mae Garner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori DeLozier and Erin Harrison; and her sister Lois Murphy.
Per Lib's wishes, there will be no memorial service, but everyone is encouraged to donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of their choice.
