He is survived by: his children, Rachel Leigh Belcher (Andy) of Cary, William Robert Fathauer of Oxford and Meredith Peace Carlstrom (Daren) of Alexandria, Virginia; his grandsons, Andrew Belcher and Jack Belcher; his sister Nancy Astill (Luke); his nieces, Kate Astill of New South Wales and Bridget Callaghan (Jordan) of New South Wales; and his nephew Ben Astill of New South Wales.
