She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fout and Vera Jennings Fout; her husband James Thomas Mauk; her grandson Brian Hughes; her son Stephen J. Mauk; and her sister JoAnn Roe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Thaisa M. Focht of Emerald Isle and Cheryl L. Balthrop (Brian) of Newport; her grandchildren, Matthew Balthrop, Caitlin Baer, Kendrea Garand, James Mauk, II and Jared Mauk; and her great grandchildren, James, Ayden, Harper Baer and Melody Garand.
