He was predeceased by: his father Fred Baker Norris. He is survived by: his wife Susan H. Norris; his daughter Kathryn Norris Holmberg; his son-in-law Todd Holmberg; his grandchildren, Emily Holmberg and Andrew Holmberg; his brother Fred B. Norris; and his nieces, Nance Seifert and Joy Anderson.
