Colleen Cahoon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Cahoon of Engelhard, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Gibbs and Nancy Williams Gibbs; her husband Horace Cahoon, Sr.; her grandson Cody; and her siblings, Atha Gibbs, Arlie Flowers, Louise Weatherly and Darkis Fisher.

She is survived by: her son Aubrey Cahoon (Jennifer) of Engelhard; her grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley) of Trinity, NC, Jessica (Jacob) of Engelhard, Audra of Creswell, John Aubrey and Hyden of Engelhard; her great grandchildren, Joni, Aubrey, Jenni, Ryan, Ryley, Avery, Paxton Catlett, Ella, Brantley, Eryn, Ruthie, Dean Lewis and Nala Cahoon; and her nephew Tommy Lee Gibbs (Kaye).
