He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis George and Edith Victoria Hilton Kluttz; and his black stallion Tiveo Tomi. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Kluttz; his children, Michael Kluttz of Mooresville, NC and Rachel Martin (Brandon) of Ennice; his grandchildren, Joshua Kluttz of Mooresville, Miyah of Ennice and Emmie Martin of Ennice; his siblings, Bill Kluttz of Mt. Ulla, NC, Brian Kluttz of Mt. Ulla, NC and Janet Johnson of Mt. Ulla, NC; his nephew Mark Johnson (LuAnn) of Troutman, NC; and his niece Tina Loftin (Matt) of Mt. Ulla, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service (115 Hawthorne St, Sparta, NC 28675). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Dream View Cemetery (51 Dream View, Ennice, NC 28623).
