She was predeceased by: her parents, John Church and Ida Dickens Church; and her sisters, Cecil Church, Ruth Walker and Gladys Parks.
She is survived by: her nieces, Sheila Carico of Galax, VA and Sandra Walker of Ennice; her great-nephew Josh Carico of Ennice, T. J; her close friend Anna Reed; Rylan Wyatt and Greyson Carico.
